Senior Human Resources Manager
We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Human Resources to lead our HR team and drive key initiatives aligning with our company culture, people strategy, and business goals. Key Responsibilities
Leadership and People Management:
Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and development opportunities.
Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability throughout the organization.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Culture and Engagement:
Champion the development of a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the company’s values and enhances employee engagement.
Drive initiatives that support employee well-being, work-life balance, and organizational growth.
Implement strategies to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Act as a key point of contact for employees and senior leadership on HR issues, providing clear and consistent communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
Develop and execute internal communication plans that strengthen organizational alignment and foster transparency.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Partner with managers to identify workforce needs and implement strategic hiring plans.
Develop and manage retention strategies, including employee development programs and succession planning.
HR Operations and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage performance review processes, compensation strategies, and employee benefits programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
Proven track record of fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with professionalism and integrity.
Experience with HR software systems (e.g., HRIS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
